Job Title: Zoho Specialist (Developer)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Specialist with hands-on experience across Zoho applications and strong development capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customizing Zoho solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and delivering client-facing solutions with professionalism and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain solutions on Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Creator
- Create custom modules, workflows, functions, and automation
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs (experience with SOAP APIs is an added advantage)
- Design responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Document technical processes and provide training/support to internal teams
- Coordinate with US-based clients, ensuring availability for overlap with US working hours
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with:
- Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory
- Zoho Creator (including REST API integration)
- Deluge scripting
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem and its customization capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (as the candidate may face US-based clients)
- Ability to work partially overlapping with US time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) applications
- Zoho Certifications
- Prior experience working with multiple clients across industries
- Familiarity with other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho People, Zoho Desk)
